Why Pacific
You are handing someone the most expensive part of your house. Here is what you get when you hand it to us.
We are an Owens Corning Preferred contractor, so your shingle roof goes on to spec and qualifies for stronger material warranty coverage than a handshake install ever will.
Pedro has worked roofs for 40 years. Coastal sun, the marine-layer damp that rolls in off the Pacific, and the Santa Ana winds that come through every fall are not a surprise to us. We build for what the weather here actually does to a roof.
Pacific Roofing is a family business. You talk to the people doing the work, not a rotating sales crew. That is also why we answer in English and Spanish.
Every estimate is free and in writing. You get the scope, the materials, and the price on paper before anyone climbs a ladder. No pressure, no vague verbal number.
Credentials

California-licensed roofing contractor, classification C-39. Insured for your protection.
You do not have to take our word for it. Look up license 1092407 on the California state board, classification C-39 for roofing. Check our license on CSLB
Services
From a single leak to a full tear-off, here is the work we do across La Habra and north Orange County.
New roofs and full reroofs for La Habra homes, built to handle coastal sun, marine-layer damp, and Santa Ana winds.
Flat and low-slope systems for shops, offices, and light-industrial buildings.
Leak tracing, flashing, and patch work that fixes the actual problem, not just the stain.
Owens Corning shingle systems installed to spec for the strongest warranty coverage.
Concrete and clay tile install and repair, including underlayment replacement.
Modified-bitumen flat roofing for patios, additions, and low-slope sections.
Gutter install and repair so winter rains drain off the roof, not into the wall.
A like-for-like look at what comes with the job versus a cut-rate crew.
Commercial
We roof commercial buildings across north Orange County, from warehouses and retail to small offices and light-industrial shops. Most of that work is flat and low-slope, where the system on top is the whole job.
We install and service TPO membrane and torch-down modified-bitumen flat roofs, and we handle flat-roof repair and maintenance so a small problem on the roof does not become a closed business inside.
How it works
Tell us what is going on with your roof. We answer in English and Spanish.
We come out, get on the roof, and find the real problem instead of guessing.
You get the scope, materials, and price in writing. No pressure to sign on the spot.
Our crew does the work, cleans up, and leaves you with a roof built to last.
Questions
Roof cost varies by the size of your home, the material you choose, and the condition of what is underneath. A small shingle reroof and a full tile replacement are very different jobs. We give free written estimates, so you get a real number for your roof instead of a guess off a chart.
Yes. Southern California sun and UV are hard on roofing year-round, and the marine layer brings damp mornings that keep north-facing slopes from drying out, which ages underlayment and feeds moss and growth. Santa Ana winds add stress every fall. We pick materials and install methods that hold up to it, and we check the most exposed slopes closely during the free inspection.
Both work here, and the right answer depends on your house and budget. Tile handles sun and heat well and lasts a long time, but it costs more and the home has to support the weight. Asphalt shingle costs less up front and, installed to Owens Corning spec, holds up well in our climate. We walk you through the tradeoff on your specific roof.
A full reroof in this area generally needs a permit. We handle the permit side of the job so the work is inspected and on the record, which protects you when you sell the home. If your job needs a permit, we tell you in the written estimate up front.
Most single-family reroofs take a few days once we start, depending on the size of the roof, the material, and the weather. Tile and complex roofs take longer than a straight shingle job. We give you a realistic timeline in the written estimate, not a number designed to win the bid.
Financing options depend on the job. The honest answer is to ask us when we give the estimate and we will tell you what is available for your project, with no runaround. We would rather set the right expectation than promise a payment plan we cannot deliver.
Yes. Pacific Roofing is a family business and we serve customers in English and Spanish. You can call and talk through your roof in Spanish, and we have a Spanish page at pacificroofinginc.com/es. Se Habla Espanol, de verdad.
Yes. Pacific Roofing is a California-licensed roofing contractor, CSLB license 1092407, classification C-39, and we carry insurance. You can verify the license yourself on the CSLB website. Hiring a licensed, insured roofer protects you if anything goes wrong on the job.
It depends on the age of the roof and how widespread the damage is. A localized leak on an otherwise sound roof is a repair. A roof that is near the end of its life with leaks in several spots usually costs you more in repeated patches than a replacement would. During the free inspection we tell you honestly which one your roof needs.
Call us and describe what you are seeing. A leak that is actively coming through the ceiling needs to be looked at before it damages more of the house. We trace the leak to its real source, because water often travels from where it enters to where it shows up inside, and then we fix the cause.
We serve La Habra, Brea, Fullerton, La Habra Heights, Whittier, and La Mirada. La Habra is home base. If you are near these cities and not sure whether we cover you, just call and ask.
Yes. Along with homes, we install and repair flat and low-slope roofing on commercial and light-industrial buildings, including torch-down systems for shops, offices, and additions. Call us with the building details and we will set up an inspection.
Storm and wind damage
Santa Ana winds and winter storms tear off shingles, lift flashing, and open leaks fast. We respond quickly, find every point of damage, and work directly with your insurance claim so the repair gets done right.
Lifted shingles, torn flashing, and wind-driven leaks. We trace the real damage and make the roof sound again.
We document the damage and work directly with your insurance claim, so you are not stuck between the carrier and the roof.
When water is coming in, waiting makes it worse. Call and we get out to look before more of the house is damaged.
Who you are hiring
I am Pedro, and I have been on roofs for 40 years across Southern California. My wife Lidia runs the office and answers the phone, en ingles y en espanol, so you always talk to the family, not a call center.
When I climb up to look at your roof, I tell you the truth, te digo la verdad: whether it needs one repair or a whole new roof, and why. After 40 years I have seen what separates a roof that lasts from one that leaks in three years. We do every job bien hecho, con calma, and we treat your casa like it is our own.
